Why 2 different windows when printing emails?
Hi.
I have Outlook 2000 on Win2K. When I select File | Print sometimes I get a window that allows me to select a printer and has tabs across the top that say General, Options, Settings, Troubleshooting and Maintenance. Other times when I select File | Print I get a different window that shows the printer name, print style (memo style), and a print option print attached files with item(s). What triggers which of these 2 windows to appear when printing an email? My emails will not print to my local printer when the second window appears (the one that lists memo style). My emails print fine when the first window appears (the one that has the tabs General, Options, Settings, ...). Your help is appreciated, thank you. |
