This is a new phenomenum for me. I am using Outlook 2002. Just recently I started having problems with one daily message that I get from a weather service. The minute the message comes in, outlook moves it to the deleted file! There are no rules in place for this sender, nor are they on a junk list.
Now, the problem is expanding. My work associate and I trade emails all day long with customer information and work needs. Suddenly in the last few days I can get three emails at once....1 will go to the deleted box, and 3 stay in the Inbox. Or 2 to each. Sometimes they go to deleted - sometimes they do not. As a consequence I have to check my deleted box all day to see if there are any unread and unseen messages there. I have deleted all previous rules for EVERYONE and deleted EVERYONE off the junk senders list. Yet it still persists. I have not added or changed any programs lately to cause this change. So far it is just happening to two incoming accounts, but it is highly frustrating. Anyone have any clues as to what the problem might be? Thanks!
