MS Outlook 2003 Groups Error
Hi Guys,
I have a strange problem; We recently had to move a one of our users onto a new machine, nothing much changed for the user except the new machine had office 2003 instead of office 2000. I imported all of her contacts back into the new version of Outlook and it worked fine untill I checked her groups, they were completely empty. Initialy I thought it was a MS Outlook compatablilty error, so I manually re-created the groups in outlook 2003 on my pc and tried exporting to another outlook 2003 and the same thing happend... I have since then tried saving the groups as .msg files and moving them to another PC again they look fine on the first PC and have vanished by the time they get to the second PC. I have tried sending them Via E-mail, Floppy, Data-Stick and even placing them on a server and retriveing form another location all had the same problem, I am now out of ideas, does anyone here know of this problem and could they possibly shed some light on this... Thanks Guys
