Excel Values in fields
I need help to know weather you can or can't set value to fields in excel. Ex: a field being 4 character exactly. If you can how would you do it? please and thank you.

Sure...
Go to the cell to format>data>Validation>Settings>Text Length Excel will alert on any entry not between the min and max you set. You can even write your own error message..."hey you pea-brain its got to be 4 characters..." or something nice like that...
