Outlook export - Help needed!

Hi all,

And firstly thanks for any assistance you can give. Ok, on with the problem:

I work as the IT manager for a small travel agency here in the UK. We're using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP system.

Now my problem stems from the fact that I have written an online form which sits on our website, and allows customers to fill in their requirements for a holiday. This is then bundled into an email and sent to our inbox.

This section of the business works fine.

Now my manager has recently asked me to compile an Excel list of all the customers who have used the form to date (about 600), giving the name of the customer, their email, and number of adults going on holiday.
The emails, when grabbed from the form, come through to us in the following format:

Customer Name = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Telephone No. = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Email Address = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
No. of Adults = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
No. of Children = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Ages of Children = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Earliest Departure = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Latest Departure = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Departure Airport = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Duration of Stay = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Preferred Area = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Board Type = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
No. of Rooms = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Other Information = WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER PUTS
Request made from IP = AUTOMATICALLY LOGS THE CUSTOMER IP

Now the easiest way to get the required information, to my mind, is to use Outlook's inbuild Export (csv) function to output the details to an Excel file. This works, but my problem is that the only fields I need which seem to be selectable are the FromName (which is the customer's name), and the FromAddress (which is the customer's email). What I can't extract is the text listing that appears after the 'No. of Adults =' section of the body text.

Additionally, I find it absolutely astounding that the Export function doesn't allow you to export the date on which the email was received!? This is one of the most fundamentally important pieces of information in business, so is there a way to automatically export the date received as well as the FromName and FromAddress?

Can anyone please help me?
