Please, I need help! Outlook will not launch links in my mail attachments. What's wrong? The error script reads "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminstrator." OS XP Pro. I get the same error when trying to open my desktop icons. Problem started 2 days ago. Please help me...
