Thousands of Blank Contacts
I have a user using Outlook 2003 connected to our Exchange 2003 mail server. The user has literally thousands of blank contacts at the beginning of her contact list. She sat and tried to delete them all for nearly 10 minutes and there are still blanks as far as the eye can see, so this is not the way to go. Is the contacts list somehow corrupted? Has anyone ran into a solution for this?
