I need to format my hard drive. what do I need to do to save all of my contacts and e-mail to a removable disk (cd). I am currently runnin XP Office W/ Front Page

I'm not sure if you're using Outlook Express or Outlook the steps should be similar though....
Go to "File" --> "Export" ---> choose "Addresses..." or "Messages" --> Save them to disk. There may be more steps if you're using Outlook though, but once you do "File" --> "Export" I think you'll be able to figure it out Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance. |
