MS Access Report/Query Issue

I've created a query that does what I want it to do (provides a tabular output just by running). However, when I try to integrate the query into a report, it prompts the user for an input and then displays that as the 'output'.

My SQL query is as follows:

SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 1],[OT 1] INTO[OT]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 1]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 2],[OT 2]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 2]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 3],[OT 3]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 3]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 4],[OT 4]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 4]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 5],[OT 5]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 5]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 6],[OT 6]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 6]<>0;
UNION
SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 7],[OT 7]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 7]<>0;
UNION SELECT [Work Order #],[Worker 8],[OT 8]
FROM [Plan of the Day]
WHERE [OT 8]<>0;

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it's asking for a value, then maybe on of the field names is incorrect? What does the box say when it prompts for a value?

the header is "Enter Parameter Value" it has the name of the query as the parameter, and then just blank space to enter a value
