Problem archiving Public Folders with Outlook XP (works fine w/2000)
3 of our users that take care of some public folders is having an issue with archiving items from the public folders using Outlook XP. They receive the following error message:
"The selected folder cannot be archived" If they use Outlook 2000 they are able to archive with no issues. (We are utilizing Exchange 5.5 SP4) So far, I have been unable to determine why this is happening... and will have to figure it out eventually as we are migrating away from Office 2000. Any insight would be greatly appreciated...Thanks! |
