can't save or open attachment
Hi there,
I really need help in this problem, i can't save or open any attachments from outlook or any other mailing program, including those free-web-based ones. Each time I try to open or save it, the program is not responding and freeze. Please help me with this one and I really appreciate your help. Thank you. |

Open Outlook, Go to the menu bar and select Tools>Options
Click on the Security tab. You will see a checkbox beside text that reads, Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. Uncheck that box and then click Apply>OK to deactivate this feature. Try to open your attachments now. Let me add, if you are going to use that feature that way,KEEP THAT ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE UPDATED!!!!!!!!
