The following applies to Outlook 2003:
1)There is not an option to automatically save a contact that you have replied to. However, there is an add-in you can download from microsoft that will perform this task. Here is the link http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...795501033.aspx 2)Go to Tools, then Options. Click on "Email Options" button under the "Preferences" tab. Click on "Advanced Email Options" button. Check the box that says "Suggest names while completing To, cc, and bcc fields." |

yeah thanks heaps!
I have another outlook issue actually.. trying to set up the busy/free service.. not the internet service but locally. Now we have two PC's with 2002 and they can see each others busy free no worries however we have two with 2003, they have been setup exactly the same and cant see any of the busy free info.. now ive have checked the .vbf files and they have been created for both the 2003 files and are updating, in these fils there is a line with a version number or something (im not at work so cant see) the 02's line is something like version 10 and the 03's is version 11.. seems to be a compatability issue if thats the problem.. sorry its a bit vauge im not at work and will update monday if noone a, knows what im talking about or b, needs more acurate info thanks again.
