Letterhead when creating new emails

Is there anyone that can help me out with creating letterhead in outlook ?!?!?

On one of my client sites, one of the ladies asked me if i could show her how to create a letterhead which should be constantly there when she writes her emails !!!

I created her signature but im having problems creating the letterhead ??

Can someone help me out ???

P.S. She is using MS Outlook XP(2002) !!

Are you using Stationery Picker? Under Tools;Options;Mail Format;Stationery Picker where you can use built in stationery or build your own letterhead type. Hope that helps.
