Problem Printing from Word 2003

When I print a document from word the entire page starts about 3/4 of an inch lower on the page. In Word (print preview) the document looks fine but when it is printed everything on the page is shifted down usually resulting in the loss of a page border or text. I have an HP Officejet Pro L7580. I am guessing it is some type of print setting but can't seem to figure out from where. I have had this same printer and computer for a few years with no previous problems.

Is the OS Windows XP or Vista? Recommend that you download and install the latest driver from HP website.
