MS Outlook 2007 - Menu issue
Hey Everybody,
First time poster here. I'm having an issue that occurs frequently. Whenever I would like to access the menus (i.e. File, Edit, View, etc.) Outlook would not display the menus. Instead, I just see the orange highlight that would indicate that the menu is selected. As for the menus not being dropped down, I only see a Silhouette of the menu but don't see any of the actual menus displayed nor any of the options. We are on a domain using Microsoft Exchange server. I have tried the following. Reinstalling Office 2007 Installing Office SP2 Deleted the user's roaming profile and forced it to be re-created upon logging back in. And of course, rebooting the application and the PC. |
