i have a dell xps m1530. when i first got this comp. the office suite worked and then for some reason, my hard drive went out and they sent me another one and they told me it had everything that i had ordered originally. i haven't had to use the office suite until now and when i go to use it, it wants to install and then i get an error message 1304. it does the same for word, power point, excell also. can you help me. i tried to re-install with the cd that came with my comp and it says : Error1304. Error writing to File: C\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office 12\Cultures\Office.ODF.
