Hello,
I have two computers, both using XP SP3 and loaded with most of the same programs. Recently, the first computer's motherboard failed. I installed that computer's hard drive as a slave drive on my second computer. I can access most of the files I need on the slave drive except some associated with a few programs. I was able to restore data from Quicken files on the first drive to the primary drive on the second computer. However, I have two more programs which I would like to be able to restore data from; Incredimail and Microsoft Outlook. I was only using Outlook for it's calender and contacts functions. Can anyone instruct me about how to retrieve and restore that data from the slave drive to the primary drive? |

Re: restoring Outlook data
and welcome to the ForumFor Outlook, you can search for " *.pst " on the old drive . . set the advanced search to include hidden and system files. When you find it, copy to the good drive and then import into your new outlook
