Outlook 2003: Any way to change default contact folder?

Hi,

I want my co-workers to add new contacts automatically to our public folder. I want the public folder contacts to be the default every time a new contact is added. Is there a possible way to do so (with or without Macro)?

Here's a link that requires VBA coding, it's a bit complicated but it shd work for your project:
