Is it possible to insert a pdf file [as a file] within a word document? Thanks.

If it's Word 2007, select Insert from the top Menu, in Links ribbon, select Hyperlink, then find your pdf file. It shd be almost the same in Word 2003.

You can embed a PDF as a clickable object in Word (but not as a displayable one), without going through the hyperlink process - which doesn't actually insert the file into the Word document.
