label merge MS word only fills first row
In MS Word 2007 I attempted a mailing merge for creating mailing labels using an Excel 2007 database. I succeeded at connecting the data into the Word template but could never get the multiple addresses to fill in the labels after the first row. I'm using avery 5160 which has 30 or so label spaces 3 per row. The top three show up and I can move other address into those squares but the next rows will not fill up. I folowed directions and everything works right up to this final step. In my old word 2003 it worked fine. I'm stumped.
