Outlook 2007: Errors and Application Crashes! *hungapp*

Microsoft Outlook 2007 (12.0.6504.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000)

I have a user who is consistently getting application crashes when using Outlook 2007. She's a power-user with a zillion folders, subfolders, rules, etc. She has customized Outlook totally to her liking, which doesn't help. The problem is, she will intermittently receive hungapp errors, which would crash Outlook in the middle of operation. Some days she receives many of these errors. Some days she'll be fine.

When I check the Application Log, the event ID properties don't tell me much. I queried www.eventid.net and it didn't help. Here's a few screenshots of what's happening:

We run Mcafee Enterprise 8.0.0 (scan engine 5300) in our corporation. I've already disabled the scanning of her local OST/PST file from the antivirus just in case this integration is causing Outlook to crash. Outlook is still crashing. The only other integration with the Outlook is the CommVault Outlook Email archive plug-in, and most recently, we've added SAP calendar integration. However, these issues didn't exist prior to these integrated apps.

I've re-imaged/replaced her PC twice already. At this point, I don't know what else to try. Can anyone lend some expertise???

PS. I tried the search function on here but I keep getting SQL errors returned from the site??? Is the search function working?

Try creating a new profile (create a new user in your AD) for her, you may use the same email on the new profile. I assume that you have Exchange.

Yes, we are in an Exchange environment. I will pass this idea to our Exchange admin for some input.
