how do I stop the new junk mail

All of a sudden my computer is receiving all kind of junk mail; I have 2003 Office Outlook Express and XP. I have two senders who I send to “junk mail” at least twice every time I open my mail. (one is Wal Mart) one sender I can’t even block because it doesn’t use a valid email address. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks

You may try re-configuring your email in Outlook Express by removing your email then re-add again. Make sure to take a note of the orig. config or as long as you know how to re-configure it back. No harm on trying this suggestion.
