EEK! Outlook 2007 problem: cannot plan user.

There all,

I have a problem. I hope someone can assist me or to help me
Someone wants to add an user (Ed van Santvoort) on the planning. Whenever the user wants to add the user, she typed the first two letters and it appears to be "Edwin Franken"). However Edwin Franken is already removed from the outlook list all before as he was an ex co worker in our company.
The person "Edwin Franken" is aslo not on any personal account of the user.

How can I solve this issue? Anyone?

Re: Outlook 2007 problem: cannot plan user.

Hello AenP...

I assume that your company is using Exchange Server. Also, in Active Directory if previous employee has not been renamed to the current employee, Exchange resolves the previous employee name. You need to have your Exchange/System Admin take care of this. Basically Edwin F. just need to be renamed as Ed V in your AD.

Hope this helps. RD
