Can't Forword & reply Outlook 2007
---------------------------------- I’ve problem in Outlook when Sending New ,Forwarding & Replying messages, strange characters in Outlook show up in the header of the message also contents of the email not included, <check picture below> , Mail Format chosen in the settings is <HTML>. - When I change the Mail Format settings into <Rich Text> , problem happens only when Forwarding & replying , and I’ve notice that the “Format” of the message in the replay & forward window , does not change to Rich Text , its HTML , even if I change it , in the next try to forward any message it will show as HTML . - Settings : Options -> Preferences ->Email Options -> On replying to a message : <Include and indent message text> - Options -> Mail Format -> Internet Format <Send using Outlook Rich Text Format> - Options -> Mail Format -> International Options -> Encoding Options -<Western European (ISO)>, I’ve tried UTF-8 as well, and nothing changed. - Normal.dot has been renamed, new one created, outcmd.dat, extend.dat, frmcache.dat; views.dat has been renamed, new created, nothing changed as well. - Finally, I’ve uninstalled Office 2007, delete its registry folder, delete its folder in Program files, restarted, installed it again …, but same issue exactly still exist. - ![]() - Your help is highly appreciated regards |
