How to export messages from OE

I needed to get a new computer; I had an HP and now am trying to get my info from it (with Microsoft Office 2003, student & teacher ed.) onto my flash drive to put in my new Lenovo, which will be using the same OS (Windows XP) and version of Office. I have saved any worthwhile messages into a new folder, but cannot figure out how to export that folder (or at least the messages within) to my flash drive. Any suggestions?

go to
C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and copy the outlook.ost and .pst files to your pen drive. then put them in the same location on your other pc

Alternatively, if you can still use the old computer, is to open up Outlook, go to Files, Import & Export, and follow the instructions for exporting. You could export all messages at the one time, then copy over that file, and then Import into your new setup.
