Excell 2007 Help

Dears

Attached file is faulty log file that i register every fault call that i receive, But i need help for that when a write a code the equivelant erro apper in the anothe cell

For example:

When i write faulty code (211) in cell A1. The (CRT cable disconnected) automaticly apper on B1

So, What is the formula for that.

I don't think there is a formula for you to accomplish what you need because your codes in column A does not indicate certain logical relation with those items in column B. If anyone can acheive this, please share it. Thanks!

no man, Sorry, But the formula exist. I forget to include in my inquiry that i have an Excel sheet acheive what i need but. My administrator encript the document, So i can't i get the formula.
Any way, I need a help
