Distribute a custmised Word toolbar

Hi,

I've created a customised Word 2003 toolbar that is saved to a template (not normal.dot). The toolbar contains buttons for particylar styles that the users require to build their documents.

What is teh best way to distribute this toolbar to the users so that it is available to them everytime they open up a new or existing Word 2003 document?

Send the .dot file and have them put it in their Word Startup folder. This loads it as a global template.
