sending multiple emails?
I have about 200 email addresses listed on Microsoft Office Word 2003 document. I created a letter on another Word document and I want to send this letter to all 200 addresses. Is there a way to do this without creating a new email for each one? I use Office Outlook 2003 for my mail provider. Thank You

Re: sending multiple emails?
you might be able to just copy and paste all the email addresses in a new email then attach your letter. I'd recommend adding them all as BCC and sending it to yourself.

Re: sending multiple emails?
thanks; I copied and pasted all the addresses and it worked. It did put everyones address in every email and I,m working on a way to find out how to send with only one address but for now I got what I needed. I'm a self employed painter and times are bad but I'm pretty sure I got at least one job out of it. Thanks again
