Hello,
Is there a feature in Office XP which sorts lists I make alphabetically? ie: Apples Bananas Cherries Dates If not, does any other software have it? Thanks! |

Sorting is easily done in both Word and Excel. In Word the list of words you want to sort is placed in a column, this can be in a table or just on the sheet. In Excel, place them in a single column on the spreadsheet. Then just use the "Sort" function from the tool bar. (If you do it from within a table or in Excel, you'll have more flexibility to choose the order and parameters then if it's just a list of words in Word.)
Word: highlight the list of words >Table>Sort Excel: highlight the column > Data>Sort
