how to make famula in excel sheet

Hello All,

I want to make a sheet where i can make the automatic calculate with no mistake and i would appreciate if some one could help me out.
here i explain like what i want
suppose in calume E (as unit Price),F(as discount),G ( as final Price) where in calume E I put the actual price of 15$ If i make a discount of 5$ in colume F then the amount of 10$ should be placed automatically in colume G.

and in colume G from cell 1 to 10 any value comes it should be totaled in subtotal and grand total in cell 11th and 12th.
