Need help in setting up outlook rule for common mailbox
Hi
My team has a common mail box. I want to set a rule such that all the mails sent(even if cc-ed or bcc-ed) to that mailbox get forwarded to our DL. I could find options like, sent to people or distribution list, which works only if mailbox address alone is present in 'To list' with specific words in recipient address, which make my rule client-side where my name is in the To or Cc box, which would take my email adress in stead of common mailbox's So, could anyone help me in setting up a rule which does above stated task for me. Thanks in advance |
