Can't open Microsoft Office Documents
I can open neither Open Documents" or "New Documents." I have Microsoft Office 2001. this is what happens: I click to open either "new" or "open" -nothing happens-I sometimes get a message saying that OSA9 is not responding and I end task. When I try to open again then I get a message saying that my "systems is dangerously low in resources"- that Stimon was not responding. Then I get a message saying that "Winword had caused a general protection fault user.exe at 000b:00000108 kernel 32. the next message I got was an error message saying there was a general protection fault krnl386.exe75a2. At this point, my computer totally freezes and I have to restart. Can you please help. Let me know what else you need for info. Thanks
