outlook 2007 contact issues
Hey all,
Our company is having an issue where every now and then we will search for a contact within Outlook 2007 and the results will be found, but not displayed in the search. If we do a search for "John Smith", there would be 1 result in the bottom left corner of the search, but the contact will not display unless we change the current view. No matter what default view we are in, the contact will just not display until we change it to another view. After we make the change, the contact shows up fine. I was told that this was an issue regarding Microsoft but have not been able to locate the KB article. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? Also, we are running Kerio for our MAPI end instead of Exchange. If it helps, Kerio Webmail shows the contacts every single time without a problem. Thanks for the help! |
