MS-Word Indexing -is there another way?
I'm sure I'm not the only one suffering from the Index feature in MS-Word. I have a 200+ page document and am not about to go through the entire thing putting index marks everywhere. I also tried the "concordance" file method-which may not be too bad if it actually worked.
I found a product called "Textract" which seems to be a great solution. (www.textract.com). It is, however, quite expensive when you look at what it costs over time (and I work for a cheap company). It has a fully functional demo that works up to the letter H. Does anyone know of a "free" or nearly free alternative? Thanks. |
