Hi ShosMeister,

No additional material required, thanks. In fact, I've already updated the tutorial to show how to get the group totals and use alternate row shading (with a slightly different approach to what I posted here).

I haven't decided whether to add anything about creating & using something along the lines of the 'NumRecords' Docproperty, though I agree it could be especially useful for anyone who's already going to use a macro in conjunction with the mailmerge.
