Word Macro descriptions don't show

I have a Word 2003 template that contains 50 macros. I am using it as an add-in template in my Word 2007. When the user opens the Word 2007 application and selects the macros menu, they can see the macro names, but the descriptions are not showing up in the description box. Is there some way to make the descriptions show up?
