Hi everyone new member.Now my question. I have a very large document in Ms Word. Lets say I wanted to change the name of the person I was writing about. Is there a way to change the name without manually doint it. Ex. Bill was an incredible person. He types at a fast rate and he is cool. Bill is a good role model I want to change Bill to Ted without manually doing ti Change would be Ted was an incredible person. He types at a fast rate and he is cool Ted is a good role model. |

Hi,
I have the older version, but doubt if they have changed it. Go to EDIT, and then select REPLACE and alas, put in the word you want to replace, enter the one you want, and select replace all. Might be a good idea to double check it to make sure all are gone. Hope that helps you. |
