access 2002 - landscape printing

All clients went from Win98 to WinXp, and from Access97 to Access 2002.
Since then, one group of clients who share a printer, consistently has
problems with the landscape reports.

The first time they go into the system, the Preview shows the report in
portrait. Once that is changed to landscape, all future previews will be
fine until the clients go out of the system. However, all printing will
always be portrait and must be redefined before every printing.

There is no problem with the one who has a personal printer, and I have no
problem although I am also sharing a printer.

Any suggestions?

What printer driver do you have installed? PCL5, PCL6 or PS?

The client has PCL6.
