Outlook 2003 error: (0x800CCC78)

whenever i send emails in outlook 2003, i get this error:

Task 'Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 550 INCORRECT DOMAIN IN MAIL/RCPT COMMAND'

I know its set up right, but it wont send
any ideas?

usually you get this error if your email service provider and internet service provider are different.
use your ISP smtp settings.
