Dear all, as a newbie to pivot tables, I am a bit confused.

Mock format of results table required to summarise:

Name Q 1.1 Q 1.2 Q 1.3
Chris 1 2 2
John 2 2 3
David 3 2 2

I need the Pivot table to summarise the results, counting the number of
responses for each value, as follows:

Q 1.1 Q 1.2 Q1.3
1 1 0 0
2 1 3 2
3 1 0 1

But, the pivot table is not right:

Data
Q 1.1 Count of Q 1.1 Count of Q 1.2 Count of Q 1.3
1 1 1 1
2 1 1 1
3 1 1 1
Grand Total 3 3 3

I'm taking the 'Row Label' from the Q 1.1 COLUMN. Any help appreciated!
