DELLBCK.msi
 I need help removing this DELLBCK.msi message that keeps popping up when I attempt to run a registry cleaner. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this issue?

Stop running a Registry cleaner - seriously. There's no need - your Registry is fine, despite the claims of the various Registry cleaner manufacturers.
