Linked list data base in excel help ^^

Hello ladies and gents,

I need to build a data base in excel, this is how it should work:
I can input or select a department, this will only enable me to select equipment from that department in the next menu/drop down list, this in turn will only enable me to select cable/wire relative to the selected piece of equipment and display image of cable/wire selected.

Any ideas? I tried using VBA and it got to complicated and I also tried doing it without the vba but got stuck on images ^^

P.S. I use office 2003
