Outlook 2003: Automatically adds blank spaces below email signature

Hi guys!
I have problem with my Outlook 2003. Everytime I create a new mail or a reply message, a very long blank page is automatically being inserted below my signature. I am using a jpeg file for my signature and uses MS Word to edit email messages and HTML to compose emails. Is this a virus?..Need help.. :( Suggestions are very much appreciated.

First lets have you simply try and remove the signature and create a new one while assuring there are no spaces before you start typing.

Thanks MikenandezNST. Yes that will work for now. I've tried that before and it works great for a couple of hours but after that the blank spaces will come back again. I think the spaces only show when HTML is chosen to compose e-mails. It's fine in rich text mode but I can't use the jpeg signature here.
