Problem with Printing Workbook in Excel 2007
When I print an entire workbook with several worksheets in Excel 2007, there is always a blank page in the middle of the print. The blank page is not always in the same location. I believe Excel is printing the workbook as separate print jobs, causing the blank page, and I can't figure out how to get it to print properly.
The pages are numbered, so I know the blank page is not actually part of a worksheet, since it is not included in the numbering. For instance, it will print pages 1-11 of a 25 page workbook. There will be a blank page after page 11, then pages 12-25 will print. Again, the blank page is not always in the same location, so it does not appear to be something hidden trying to print in one of the worksheets. Also, it would say 26 pages in the footer if that were the issue. I have tried printing on multiple printers with the same result. I also printed to PDF, and it saved the first several pages to PDF in one file, then the remainder of the pages in another file, so I had two PDF files I needed to combine. I was finally able to print the entire workbook from the combined PDF file, but this is an extremely inconvenient way to deal with this issue. Can anyone tell me how to correct the problem? |
