Pst Woes

I am moving my outlook files from a windows ME box to an XP box. Using outlook 2000 on both machines. For some reason, neither computer will allow me to import my PST files from outlook 2000. I've tried using scanpst on the file, which says everything is okay.

When I attempt to open the PST file in outlook (and also Eudora) nothing happens. I click "open" and the software simply goes back to an idle state.

Any ideas?

Try file --> import

you don't want to open it... you want to import the file.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
