Not able to send an email with the From field of the other account

Hi a user at work was having issues with her profile so i recreated it.
I am now trying to get her emails setup properly again on Outlook 2003.
She needs it setup so that she has her personal and another one we will call wholesale open at the same time.
I have it setup so that wholesale is the primary and then i went to other settings and added a 2nd mailbox for her personal email.
So now both email boxes are displayed on the left hand side of outlook at they should be, the problem is now though that she can only send with the wholesale address in the 'from' field, there is no accounts option or from option to change it to say its from her personal account instead, which from what iv read online there should be.
Can someone tell me how we can set it up so that she has the option of changing the from field? i have tried a few things already like making her personal the primary address but it still wont work and I'm out of ideas, help me please.

When you open up a New Email window you should see an Accounts button on the Email Toolbar (View / Toolbars / Email). That should allow you to select alternate accounts to mail from.
