MS Word Problem/Error

A friend of mine is having problems with Word, and I was wondering if someone on here could help. She is getting the following error.

szAppName: WINWORD.EXE. szAppVer:9.0.0.2717 szModName:hungapp
szModVer: 0.0.0.0 offset: 00000000

She says that she will be typing something in Word, and it will give her that error and then shutdown the program. It will sometimes happen about 5 minutes or so into a document, sometimes later, and usually after it happens once, she says it usually doesnt happen again. Anyone have any ideas?
