Red Faced Excel hates me please help!

my document looks fine when you check the print preview but when it prints all the text turns 90 degrees and goes sideways - i dont know why can anyone shed any light on this? please!

Hi Zan

This is not an Excel problem. The problem appears to be with your printer setup. The only way to align your text in this fashion in Excel is to actually do it on your document. You would see the same formatting on the preview. Sorry I can't help you more with the printer setup.

try going to File, Print Setup, and swich from portrait to landscape, or landscape to portrait.
