Remove "Shared Workspaces"
I am currently building an XP image and I need to remove all of the "Shared workspaces" abilities found under "Tools" in MS Office 2003. I have tried to add/remove Microsoft Office addons to find the correct piece to uninstall but I have not found it.. I have tried searching all of the net to find out how to do this but I have nothing. This menu appears when you click tools in microsoft word/excel 2003.
My users do not use this feature and it would be great to remove it to prevent confusion. Please see screenshot. Please help? ![]() Thanks, Stanz |

Re: Remove "Shared Workspaces"
Don't have the exact fix since I've not wanted to remove it and don't have the time to do a complete install, but I'd try doing a custom install of office and remove traces of Sharepoint services since I believe the shared workspace options specifically relate to that.
