outlook 2002
Help! My Outlook 2002 shows I have 12 unread messages in my inbox, but there are no messages highlighted. When I use the advanced toolbar and ask for the unread messages in this folder, it shows 12 messages, all highlighted. When I go back to all messages in this folder, the 12 messages are no longer highlighted. What could be causing this and how do I fix it? Thanks for any help offered!

You can resolve this issue , by following these steps .
1 Take the back up of the .PST file of the outlook . 2 Uninstall and reinstall the outlook , from your computer . 3 Restore the .pst file in the outlook. This will solve your issue. |
